At vedashree jyotish , we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy:

  • You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  6. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 to 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized items

Late or Missing Refunds:
